The Arty Scents Story
I started Arty Scents because I love perfume, but my sensitive skin didn’t. I was tired of that sharp 'alcohol sting' that masked the actual fragrance, so I reimagined perfume as a gentle, water-based mist. By removing harsh alcohols, I have created a skin-kind Eau Fraîche that prioritises botanical integrity. It’s more than a perfume; it's a wearable piece of art containing Aloe Vera & Vitamin E. This bottle features a stunning, original hand-painted artwork, digitised to celebrate the fusion of fine art & fine fragrance.
The Composition
A refreshing, sun-drenched fragrance that balances crisp marine energy with a smooth, exotic creaminess:
- Top Notes - A bright, effervescent opening of Lime and a clean, aquatic Calone Accord to mimic the revitalising spray of a salty sea breeze
- Heart Notes - A lush, exotic heart of Gardinia - the sacred bloom of the islands - layered with the smooth, milky sweetness of Coconut
- Base Notes - A warm, enduring foundation of creamy Sandalwood and a touch of sun-warmed Vanilla to anchor the floral notes in a soft, velvet-sand finish
How to Wear
Mist generously over skin and hair. Being water-based, the scent develops gently and remains kind to your body. There’s also no need to rub it into your skin. To make your scent linger even longer, apply a tiny touch of Jojoba oil or unscented balm to your pulse points before misting; it creates a botanical ‘anchor’ that holds the fragrance on your skin all day.
